I want to know you. I want you to know you. Together we will embark on a journey of self discovery, healing and growth (both personal and spiritual) so that you can show up in the world with ease and generosity.


We will explore your internal private experiences as well as your external  behavioral mechanisms to uncover what blocks you, what keeps you in fear and where your vitality lives (and might be hiding). 

Our sessions together will be conducted in an inquiry style approach and "body centered". This simply means we will keep a holistic approach to your experience and take into account your mind, body, emotions and spirit.

Each session will be held within the framework of the ACT model (Acceptance and Commitment Training) aiming to connect to the present moment, while refusing to buy into limiting thoughts, maintaining a flexible viewpoint, and knowing and doing what matters most in your life.

As a coach trained to help people integrate their difficult life experiences these sessions are not designed for individuals who require psychiatric treatment.

For you and I to build a foundation, a commitment of 5 sessions is highly recommended.  At the end of these sessions we can re-evaluate and assess the relationship, deciding whether to continue further work together. I always welcome authenticity and want you to feel open and empowered in our relationship. The door is open for you to make requests to help me meet your unique needs and how to best serve you.
